One on One Treatment Session​​
Welcome to my Reiki practice, where I harness the gentle power of life force energy to help you address emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical blockages. My approach promotes soothing healing, guiding on your journey to wellness and balance. Whether you're dealing with trauma, pain or simply seeking peace, Reiki provides a complementary path to support your healing process. Together, we can create a safe space for transformation and tranquility.​

Areas of Focus and Specialty
In these sessions you will receive an oracle and/or tarot reading. The energy will guide us through any blocks that need removed or deprogrammed and show us any areas that need balanced. I will work with channeling my reiki guides, archangels, galactic guides, and ascended masters to work with your higher self and the energy. We will then work with light language, and reiki to assist in removing anything that isn't for your best and highest good and replacing what is removed with light and new programming. My guides will also give you homework and recommendations, so make sure to have a pen and paper handy. These sessions upgrade your blueprint to bring in change. If you're ready for change, this session is for you.

I believe that animals deserve the same healing energy as their humans. The sessions aid in alleviating emotional, mental, and physical pain, clear energy blockages from past trauma, and heal old wounds. I also offer palliative care to assist your beloved companion during their end-of-life transition.

In these sessions you will identify something you'd like to release, and something you would like to bring into your life. After identifying, We will move into guided meditation where the energy will work with you for your best and highest good.

During these sessions I will work in the energy with your child to discuss any discomforts that arise. These sessions are particularly helpful if the child is exceptional or gifted when it comes to spirituality. I love working with children to assist them in learning how to harness their gifts and power in a safe and effective manner. Parents can choose to be present to learn alongside their child and assist with reminders for techniques to be used when circumstances arise.

Women, Trauma, Anxiety, Childhood Trauma, PTSD/CPTSD
In these sessions we focus on grounding your energy with Mother Earth Gaia energy. We work to trace the trauma back to its original source to deprogram and rewire your nervous system or simply provide a space of calm. I am an intuitive so I simply allow the energy to guide what is needed on a case by case basis.

I am here to support your healing journey and guide you through the feeling, integration and release process.
Stress in inevitable and oftentimes our obstacles and challenges are here to teach us a bigger lesson, and while they can be lessons that are difficult to navigate- they don't have to be. In these sessions I will hold space for your experience, provide reiki for healing, clarity, and calm.
Relaxation, Energy Work Meditations​​
During these sessions we will start by grounding your energy. I will walk you through a guided meditation where I will have you respond to what you're seeing/feeling/experiencing as we move through the meditation. During this time I will have reiki active and remove anything unwanted and replace it with something new and beneficial. I look forward to taking a journey with you.

Monthly Reiki Subscription
​Would you like to receive distance reiki monthly but do not have the time or financial flexibility to have a one on one session every month? I now offer a program specifically designed for you. You can choose from one of two options. You can sign up for once or twice a month reiki sessions, by paying monthly through a subscription or for a full year. I do this on the First and Third Sunday from 9pm-10pm est every month for 1 hour. How does it work? I add your name to my reiki grid and direct the reiki energy to flow to you. This will assist with stress reduction, ongoing emotional, mental, spiritual, physical health issues, clearing blocks, cords and attachments, etc.
1st Sunday of the month every month for 1 year

Common Questions
What is Reiki?
​
Reiki is a Japanese stress-reducing modality that works on both the physical body and the auric field. It is effective in engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to alleviate stress and its accompanying effects, whether chronic or temporary. This includes everything from burnout and compassion fatigue to depression and anxiety. Given that stress is a leading cause of various illnesses—mental, spiritual, emotional, or physical—Reiki works to repair, relieve, and heal the causes and stored states of stress within our bodies.

What is the difference between Usui Reiki and Holy Fire reiki?
​
Usui Reiki is the oldest lineage of reiki. Holy Fire is a newer form of reiki that was developed in 2014. It is very gentle and is much more efficient in the way that it clears the auric field. Holy Fire delivers a higher vibration. As a Usui Level 1&2 practitioner and a Usui Holy Fire III Master Teacher, I can tell a dramatic difference between the two energies. By channeling energy directly to the client, the benefits of Holy Fire are amplified and continue to work even when I am not actively calling on the energy. Holy fire will flow but it will not impede on anyone’s free will, if their auric field is open to the energy, the energy will flow.
Isn't Reiki and Animal Reiki the same thing?

No, Animal Reiki and Usui or Usui/Holy Fire reiki are very different. When we look at a rainbow we are able to see there is a spectrum of colours. The same can be said for reiki energy. Each one has different symbols that are used and within those symbols a specific healing frequency is held.

You can use reiki on Animals it doesn't have to be animal reiki...
​
That is correct, however they won't get the same benefits. While it is true you can use traditional usui or usui holy fire reiki on animals, it is not nearly as effective. In my own personal experience and in my experience working with animal clients and wildlife, animal reiki is designed specifically for animals, and humans in their human form. The field absorbs the energy much easier and it is catered to working with the natural rhythm and flow of Earth. It is gentle, restorative, and incredibly grounding which is connecting the animal more deeply with Earth and her frequency.

Is Reiki incompatible with anything?​
​
No, reiki is compatible with everything.
Will Reiki conflict with any of my treatments?
​
No, reiki will not conflict with any other sort of treatment, in fact it will complement the treatment making it more effective.

Why didn't I feel reiki during a treatment?
​​
This is a very good question. Sometimes people don't feel reiki during a session, and that is OK. Whether you feel it or not, reiki is still working on you. There are many layers that reiki works with, a lot of them are programmed deep in our subconscious. Often when a client is not feeling the effects of reiki it is because the energy is working at such a deep, subconscious level we are unable to feel what is happening. After the energy has integrated into the body and the field, we are then able to see and feel the effects.
